This video follows a sushi chef named Yumi Chiba who is one of the few female sushi chefs in Japan. Specifically, the video follows her making a speciality たまご dish, in which the eggs are pulverized with specific fish and shrimp in order to make something that looks like cornbread. All of the sushi looks very good, and it is always entertaining to watch sushi chefs' proficiency with a knife. Within the video, I was able to pick out quite a lot of words, although the only sentence I fully understood without the subtitle was  「むずかしいです。とてもむずかしいです。」It was definitely nice to realize that I could actually pick out a fair amount of words, although she did speak slower than many other people I have heard.
